I have insurance with Dial Direct for the past 7 years, I was retrenched in January this year and by Dial direct there is a policy by 1Life for retrenchment. I did sent all the documents in and phoned them with no success. I did phone on the 23 March and explained to them that i do not have any income for this month and that i Need answers, they then said that one of the agents will contact me by the end of the day that did not happened. on the 9 April Dial direct contact me to regarding no premium received for April I did explain to the Dial direct agent that 1life is the problem she then tried to contact 1lifte with no success 12 April we did tried to contact 1life with no answer this is pathetic......Please think twice before taking any policy from 1life.
