Wow! Again. 1Life has just done it again. No communication or feedback as usual. What can a person expect from a insurance company that has so called be selected as insurers for 2019. After that my late sister's claim has been declined and the ombudsman stepped in, still no feedback after 6 weeks.

As per 1Life's so called investigation report on my late sister's life policy claim that she was "impersonated" by a third party and that no valid policy contract between them exists....... Please can u advise why 1Life scheduled for a blood test at Lancet Laboratory in Alberton on the 19 August 2016, received her blood test and issued a welcome letter together with her contract, and deducted monthly premiums.

Please can you advise who the third party is according to your investigation so we as a family can lay ********** charges against that person you say took the blood tests and took out the policy with her personal details. We need justice to prevail in this matter.

Maybe we will find all answers if this matter is brought to the attention of all news papers and News24, and hand the media all documentation and correspondence received from 1Life.
