They have the worst service ever I waited 2years only to find out that they are not going to payout I had to collect the medical records needed everytime They never made an effort to get the medical records themselves They are always full of excuses and can never give you a straight answer on anything that is going on. If I don't phone them first to follow up with them then they don't call or give any feedback what so ever They have the most pathetic and unreliable service ever When it comes to the monthly installments they are so quick to deduct but when it comes to the day they have to pay they are full of excuses I lost both my fiance and our son a week apart and I had to wait 3 weeks before they paid out the funeral cover for both my fiance and our son and yet they claim to payout in 24hrs TOTAL FALSE ADVERTI*****T!!! COMPLETE ****HOLE COMPANY This is going to the newspapers and all the radio stations and tv as well I'm not leaving it like this
