1LIE NOT 1Life !!!!

A big company advertising so falsely !!! In have current life cover with another insurance company and wanted to up my life cover,instead of going with my current life insurer,I saw a add where by I can get a Samsung galaxy 2 watch when ever I take cover of R1mil or more from 1Life. What a bunch of utter bull****. I qualified for cover of up to R10mil and took a quote for R2mil. On completing my banking details etc,I asked the consultant how to go about to get the watch as advertised... he then told me he would need to enquire at his supervisor but will get back to me... In which I stated to him that I can then just up my current cover I have if thats not the case. An hour later the nurse for 1life already started to phone me to make an appointment for my HIV test on which I told them not before I get an answer back from the consultant. A day and a half passed and I contacted 1life’s customer care department because I hear nothing back. A few minutes ago the consultant phoned me after customer services forwarded my email to him. Apparently I don’t qualify,with no specific reason. Then when I said I want to know why,apparently my credit score is too low... in my life ???!!!! Maybe if the enquired properly they would also know that I was working overseas for the past 7 years and only returned in March (A day before lockdown) and had no debt when i left the country in order to get a workers permit. Thus the reason for my low score. But instead they would run the false add on TV and Facebook of the free watch... so people run for the hills... they are running a **** and will try any trick in the book not to deliver on what they advertise... I was really impressed with the quoted amount for the R2mil cover but cant go with a company that you can’t even trust in a advert let long to say with your life cover... if you can lie and false advertise how wouldn’t they find an excuse not to pay out should I die... they should be called 1 LIE not 1 life !!!
