My mother made a claim on 1life on the 5th November,her cousin died on the 2nd November until today she was never paid by this company they were deducting money every month ever since she started the claim she's the one who is calling them no one is informing her with anything the worst part they kept in say it we will get back to you n no one called her eversince I am so disappointed with 1 life shame, you said you pay within 24 hours but nothing you kept a on saying its delaying on validators and the assessors yhuu have ****ed my mom emotionally and stressed her so much cause she is so frustrated now dont know what to do,,WHEN ARE YOU PAYING? my morher is Nobubele Kinana in Port Elizabeth.
