I lost my sister who was a holder of the funeral policy with 1 life funeral. I put in the claim submitting all documents and I was told that the process will take 4 days but it's been 2 weeks now and they still saying they processing the claim.
We have buried my sister by taking loans which needs to be paid with the money from 1 life funeral who looks like they not interested in paying for the claim.
It's easy for them to take people's money when they alive but once the same people are in need of them 1 life is no where to be found. 1 life is a ****!
