I was approached with a very friendly kind and clear voice and personality. All questions asked by him was clear understandable and all questions asked by myself was answered clearly and thoruoghly. THis type of service is much appreciated in the fast tracked world tofay as the conversation puts you at ease and calms you down during a busy day.
