1 life sucks big time do not take out a policy with them

people be very carefull when taking a policy with these people they *****ed up my things real good and now its time to pay out they giving me the run around!! I took a funeral policy for myself and added my mom as an extra member. I had this policy since 2016. my mom passed away last month since then the funeral has come and gone and yet 1 life is still making me run around like a headless chicken. apparently now suddenly the policy is my moms and I'm just the extra member and apparently I'm not nominated as the beneficery in my moms death so now I have to go running around opening a bank account in my moms name and going to the high court to get a letter of authority of the estate which there is no estate my mom passed away a pensioner she had nothing for anybody to inherit but now I'm still having to get this letter for the policy that ive been paying for to pay out how ridiculous. at the court I was told to state whats on the estate and my golly there is no estate so they are questioning me why the hell I need this letter if there is no estate. so yeah a month later still no policy pay out and at this rate they will probably keep the money. so very very very poor result in this. nobody explained any of this when the policy was taken out either so now they just say sorry for the inconvenience so what am I to do???? I ask you this with tears in my eyes and raw still from loosing my last living parent and these people just say ag shame sorry neh.. discusting absolutely discusting what a disgrace
