1 Life smart watch policies

I've app**** for life cover with 1 Life. After everything was done and the policy was accepted and the first premium was paid I was supose to recieve the smart watch. I was suposed to be contacted not more than 5 days after the successful debit order. It is almost time for the second debit order and to date no one has contacted my. I've sent numerous emails without success.
