1 LIFE - REMORSELESS

On the 27th of May my Wife Requested a Life cover quotation from 1 Life. She received a call from a advisor names Thabo. During the Medical underwriting My wife disclosed that she has Bipolar the SALES advisor ( who is not a medical underwriter ) then said " ooo that's going to be a problem" My wife asked hi " why would that be a problem?" Thabo then replies " COZ YOU ARE EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE" If Thabo was a Phycologist or psychiatrist that would be a qualified professionals view. Since when does a SALES advisor have the right to or inform a client of their condition???? Your not a Doctor Thabo. A request was made for feedback from 1 Life as to the call and Thabo's comments.. A manager listened to the call and the feedback was " Thabo handled the call in a professional manner"??? Since 1 Life feels its ok to handle potential clients like this and then having the nerve to say its done in a professional manner. . .what gives you ( 1 Life ) the right to handle people based you an uneducated judgmental and remorseless manner??? I would like the Management team of 1 Life to contact me directly as I will take this further.. **********
