1 Life - Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic service from 1Life. Emails sent back and forth but just cant get joy. How can a company just esculate a life policy premium by almost 25% - no claims or changes. No consent given to increase assured cover, is this normal??. Who gave authorisation on the mandate at the bank. Please can someone with half a brain get back to me as I am loosing hope.
