1 Life Insurance Funeral Policy

Had a funeral policy with them for over 4 years. A loved one passed anway and it’s been the over 10 days now and they still have not processed the claim when in terms of the policy, claims should be processed within 24 hours. They tell you their assessor is not available and clients are expected to wait for weeks for their assessor to come back from leave instead of burying their loved ones in dignity and in peace. I would not recommend anyone to take any form of policy, especially a funeral policy with 1Life. They are not a reputable insurance company and it hurts even more because you are grieving a loved one and also have to deal with a cheat of an insurance company. Do not take an insurance policy with one life, unless you’d want to wait for a month before buying your loved or want to get into debt burying a loved one, while you are paying insurance premiums every month without fail.
