1 life funeral Insurance so Disappointed 😞☹️😭😭

On the 5th of January, this past Sunday I lost my Cousin, I then called 1Life on Monday around past 12 pm to seek advice on the process of claiming... they said I must have a Death Certificate with me when I call them.... I ten did that on Tuesday and then they told me which other Documents I needed to submit....and I submitted the documents as advised around past 17:00 Hrs on Tuesday 07/01/2025.

I was concerned when it went past 10:00 am and haven't heard anything from them....I called them and they had not seen and processed my claim... which is not what they say when they sell us their policies....they were so not sympathetic not even apologetic...no sympathy at all because they were not considerate telling me they were not sure when they will complete assessing and processing the claim.

I'm very angry and disappointed....I need to help finalize the funeral arrangements... tomorrow is Friday and Saturday we are burying....

So inconsiderate and no UBUNTU
