1 Life Funeral
I dealt with 2 agents first Patrick Koetle from the retention's department and then Aubrey Ngwenya from customer care and i must say they were both incredible. They dealt with my issues and made me feel secure regarding my cover and benefits. Being in the call center industry myself i was greatly satisfied with they level of professionalism my matter was handled with.
