1 Life false information delivering!

1Life was lying over the terms and conditions of their policy they sold to us. I paid total 3113 Rand premium for nothing. I wanted a cover for a funeral,and 1Life told me, that was not a problem. But by reading the conditions later, I discovered that I need a south african ID, but I have not. The officeworker said that it was no problem. A lie! Still have no funeral cover!
