1 Life Efficiency
I called the 1 Life call center to make adjustments on my life policy.<br> <br> After going the the machine directory, the consultant (Ramon) answered within 2 seconds from the time the machine redirected me to the section I chose.<br> <br> Ramon was well efficient in assisting me. The policy was adjusted and the details were confirmed to me in the conversation. I received an updated schedule via e-mail (as I had opted) within 2 minutes after our conversation ended.<br> <br> Keep it up 1 Life!
