1 Life DOES NOT PAY OUT CLAIMS

1 life has not treated our claim fairly we are receiving the bad and worse service ever it has left a bitter taste in my mouth.This insurer is just dragging their feet coming up with all the excuses just to prolong the process,in fact they clearly don't want to pay out.They are just taking peoples premiums while they are alive for their own benefit.After the experience I have had I decided to cancel my 3policies with them.We made a claim 6months ago and provided all the medical reports ,even medical statement relating to the cause of death.And we told to wait for 3months.Now after 6 months with no action I decided to call and do a follow up,and told the person who was dealing with our claim has left the company a new person will be assigned to take over seriously.?Then now they asked for further docs from any medical centre she ever consulted which we provided.Now are telling they tried to obtain information from that local government clinic to no avail and will payout until that informa tion is obtained now its our fault as beneficiaries we have to suffer for that and the worse part is my mother was diabetic which insurance was aware of which was not even the cause death
