1 life direct worst treatment ever

Very disappointed in 1life direct insurance. I sent multiple e emails requesting my policy to be canceled they ignored me and finally when someone paid attention some consultant calls me so they can say they have convinced me to stay which was never the case then some rude consultant sends me an email telling me the decision to reimburse my premiums have been overturned because they convinced me to stay this is a lie and a techinal way they use to not repay you. I am very disappointed in 1life and the manner in which they have treated me. I intend to take this further and assist those who have policies with 1life to let them know how they trick you out of your policy and premiums. If you have canceled your policy do not accept their calls because etheu will tell you they have convinced you to stay. I believe this unfair to every consumer
