1 life DESTROYING LIVES....

Hi there

i am writing this review with sadness and tears dropping down my cheeks with the way 1life and its employees including senior staff members had conducted my claim submission for a life policy without taking into consideration the interest of their client.

The experience that i had received from 1 life was horrific and cannot come to terms to even understand how such a good and trusted brand could actually become one's worst nightmare.

! life has clearly shown that it does not take their client's interests at heart.

i'm hoping for escalation and assistance with regards to the experience that i had to undergo during the time where i'm supposed to be mourning for my beloved uncle's passing instead of being humiliated and not being taken serious as a client who pays's his monthly premiums.

someone please help.......
