1 life deducting money of account without my consent

Good day,

I would like report my experience and headache with Hello Peter . 1 life offers loans and requested that I Take out a funeral policy on the phone with the consultant I did mentioned should I not qualify for a loan, I will not take this policy out. No one contacted me with regards to a loan never the less the money was deducted at the end of the month. I send them numerous e mail stating the same information over and over again.

This has become a headache and it has affected my credit score with the bank. These consultants should go back and listen to the recorded information, as this was mentioned to them ( should i not qualify for a loan, I will not take this policy.
