1 Life Consultants are useless and *********** shame

Am really disappointed with their service. I took a retrenchment policy. Now they don’t want to pay because 1. I did not get an sms from DoL but I gave them a retrenchment letter from my employer 2. I have additional income. No where in the contract states that my additional income will be taken into account if I get retrenched . So now they decide that what I ha e is enough regardless that I lost my job
