1 life broke my heart
I am highly disappointed by how 1 lifehandled my situation, when we were applying we were told the life cover, covers everyone in the policy. When my dad passed away 2 weeks back, 1 life told us that the owner of the cover is still alive which is my mom and we never got anything after years of being loyal to them. My mom Balindile Mahlangu is now in huge debts because the lie she was sold.

12 Apr 2024, 17:51This really broke our hearts and now we are stranded and we are about to sell our home to pay for the funeral expenses. If 1 life even helped with 50% pay out. That alone was going to make this situation better.
