1 Life bad service

I received a SMS to offer life cover with no medicals. Once I was called back, all my previous medical history was questioned, even though I had recovered from almost everything. The agent said that I needed to answer Yes or No. he could not take any notes. It felt like going through a full medical with no option of my changing condition. The agent said that he would refer the application and get back to me. That was last week and I have not had a response or even a simple phone call. I think this may be false advertising.
