SHEER UNPROFESSIONALISM
I must put it on record that 1FETCH's lack of professionalism is the one thing that I will forever remember. I was due to receive an order delivered by yourselves today, and I received text messages and a phone call supposedly confirming this... But guess what???? It is past 20:00 hours and there is neither a sign of delivery nor anyone to explain what has happened to my delivery. I stayed at the delivery address all day trying to make sure that i don't miss the delivery person but NOTHING. WHAT AM I BEING TAKEN FOR?????? Let's see whom you are going to find at the delivery address the next time you decide to do your job. I am not going out of my way to accommodate such unprofessional people. Now i know why it's best to stick to big guys like DSV and the like.

As you are aware, our driver did attempt to deliver twice today but unfortunately had used the incorrect contact number and was unable to contact you, thus resulting in 2 failed delivery attempts.
We do pride ourselves in our customer experience and the professionalism of our service which is why it does disappoint me to receive such a review.
