Poor communication.

Poor communication and non-user friendly tracking system.

Received an SMS at 12:08 to advise my order (same day delivery) was out for delivery.

When trying to track my order with the numbers provided by 1Fetch their website would just say “no tracking found”.

When I called their office to enquire about my order I was told the driver had “four stops” and that their day only ends at 18:00.

This was not communicated AT ALL in the SMS received from 1Fetch.

Had I been aware of this I would have contacted them earlier to enquire whether I can change my delivery address from my office to my residence.
