Absolutely disgraceful. These so-called brokers have one job: to manage policies, follow up with medical aids, and get back to clients. Instead, they leave members stranded, forcing clients to do their own work — chasing authorizations, contacting medical aids directly, and wasting hours on hold. The service is non-existent. Delivery of promised feedback never happens, and when you do hear back, it’s vague, delayed, or riddled with excuses. Customer service is treated like an afterthought, with brokers showing zero accountability or urgency. It is disgusting that clients pay for professional assistance yet end up doing the broker’s job themselves. This level of negligence and indifference is unacceptable in an industry where people’s health and wellbeing are at stake. If you value proper service, avoid these brokers — they simply do not care.
