unauthorized debit orders

There"s a company called 1call direct that is ******** people by pursuing unauthorized debit orders from peoples bank accounts. How they get peoples confidential information is really puzzling. They debited R229 from my fnb account on the 31st of July 2019. These **** stars are probably doing this to a lot of people and need to be stopped. I called the company they ( these ****mstars) used to front with which is in the uk Britain and they say don't know anything about it. Please let us stand against such ******** insurances and stop this *******ion because it happens a lot nowadays.
