Shocking how they do this to everyone.....

<p>I had a loan with Direct Axis, called for a settlement amount and spoke to a consultant who SENT me an email stating which bank account I should deposit the money now this was done on the 30th of December did the EFT, called 3 days later to confirm if they got Payment only to be told they needed a proof of banking, I sent it through next thing I'm being told about the 10days I have to wait for #1 I got told by the consultant that I had to use Wesbank whilst on my settlement email was instructed to use FNB #2 Why must I wait for so long when clearly it was your fault that I used those details that I have proof for #3 After reading the reviews clearly this is a coy this company uses to derail you from settling your amount in full, it is ******** and next thing they will deduct all kinds of fees from your account, there is a review dated the 26th November same thing happened to her. If anyone is reading this it isn't worth it, had I know I wouldn't have taken this loan thinking back I could have been better off without it make I'm left with almost 15k just left in a limbo
