<p>I settled my loan with <span style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 21px;">DirectAxis, last month and forwarded proof of payment and requested a settlement letter, after a week of calling for my refund I was advised to wait 10 days, after 10 days I escalated the matter to the manager and attached all required documents again and told I could use the email as reference as there wouldn't give me a reference number. 21 days later no refund and statement still has not been provided.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 21px;">I have been calling everyday with my own airtime for over 20 minutes </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 21px;">I still can't believe this treatment </span></p>
