Yolanda's long term/short term rentals (194 Blouberg rd, Tableview)

Good day, i would just like to make everybody aware, that is looking for long term or short term rentals to avoid this terrible place, i rented there for a good few months and in this time, i was allowed no visitors, i had to be home at a certain time, my girlfriend at the time was currently unemployed so the owner (Yolanda) felt it necessary to put her to work around the house even though i was employed and my rent was paid before due time every month, we had constant fall outs as she is a very rude and disrespectful person, she would falsely accuse us and others staying there of substance abuse, theft and breakages, as a result, she could never keep a tenant for longer than 2 months, i was probably the longest staying tenant and saw people come and go like it was a back packers because of this womans attitude, my last month was the absolute worst, i was out as i tried to be as often as possible to avoid this woman but when i returned home the next morning i found the locks were changed and i was denied access, i was told that a group of men came there, acted like undercover cops so they were granted access, these men then broke into my room and stole most of my belongings and that of another tenant, she had the nerve to tell me i had something to do with this and was evicted from the property, this was on the 4th of the month, when my rent had already been paid for the month ahead so i had to lose out on my entire rental amount, i have since been back a few times to try to get some monies back and my bed, but my bed had been tossed out (so she says) and my rental money i will not be seeing, besides that, this place is a hazard, the electrical will never pass a COC, constant tripping. extension leads running from room to room to power them, the distibution board is a fire hazard ( i have never seen such a mess of a DB board in my life) but her life style shows me exactly why things are the way they are, rentals are extremely high there and then she wants to slave drive her tenants in order to get work done on her premisis, which is why things are done not according to legal laws at all and as far as im concerned, this is not the job of a paying tenant, so please when looking for long term or short term rentals, avoid this place at all cost, you will not regret it, there are hundreds of guest houses, lodges, hotels, motels all over the tableview area, there is no need to be treated like a ******** and ****** of your belongings for a place to put your head down. Im hoping to help alot of people from making the same mistake i made as im still trying to build myself up from this terrible experience.
