Discussing service

Good afternoon,

Trust this mail finds you well. Please be aware that we have had thee most appalling service from Jaraldine. She is extremely rude and very unprofessional.

She has a demeaning approach and very abrupt, does not give customers space to talk and carries herself as if the restaurant belongs to her.

My friends and I will no longer come here or refer any of our families here.

Super angry. And would appreciate if you do ensure she never does this to anyone ever again.
