Disappointing

I must say for the first time I was not impressed at all considering that I have been there a number of times before. We called in and made a booking, on arrival we saw that the table reserved for us was close to a door so there was that up and down next to us. When people at a table near us payed their bill and left, we requested the waiter to move us there. He was then advised by his supervisor that the table was reserved so he can’t move us there. And there was another table that we had seen but it had the reserved sign so we did not bother requesting to be moved there. Yet not even 10 minutes after we had been denied, an Indian family was moved from a table that they were at to the one that was written reserved. Worse, we had our meal and finished and there was still no one on the table we had requested to be moved to. Obviously when you ask your told this and that, nothing valid though! I was not impressed at all!!!
