Bad service

Bad service ever! My fiancé ordered a drink which they say was not available so we requested the manager if it's possible to get it from a nearby shop and we will pay corkage, which was denied and told us that their supplier will be only delivering the next day. I then ordered a bottle of champagne which took somewhat 20 mins to arrive, I also had to wait another 10-15 mins for a glass, manager claims that they had a busy weekend so champagne glasses were broken so they gave me a wine glass instead, of which I was not happy with and then later they gave me the right one. I'm never setting foot there ever again. My day was ruined! I would recommend someone to go there from my experience it was horrible.
