Owner over charging customer

The owner of 1855 failed to properly describe the special for the day. When I realised that I was actually being charged full price they told me that I didnt specify that I want a special for the same thing that was on special. I I TL complain but she told me she is too busy to be on the phone. I complained and went back for an explanation and compensation, she refused and told me that I am harassing her and that my complaint was too late. I'll never ever eat here again.
