Overcharged on food on special with resistant owner not helping

There should actually be no rating because the manager is useless.

She failed to explain the food special for the day to me properly and told me I'm wasting my time when I realised I was overcharged for the same thing that was on the special.

When I called to complain, she told me that she is too busy and that I'm disturbing her. When I went to the restaurant to atleast get back the difference she told me that I was not descriptive in how I wanted the special and that I came to complain a little too late. I asked to contact the owner and she had the nerve to tell me that she cant help me and doesnt know the owner and that I am harassing her.

I'm highly unimpressed with this place because if they can cheat customers like that then I don't ever want to come here.
