Stale and wrong flavour cake plus bad customer sercice

I ordered a special cake, went to fetch it only to find out later that the cake was a wrong flavour and very stale. I wrote them an email they said they will investigate and come ba k to me, the never cane back to me, when I call them, the lady i spoke to said she was not responsible but she will tell Mishka to call me, till today Mishka has not called, all i wanted was my money back or a new cake
