Poor quality products

The initially messed up my order and delivered it 3 days before the actually date.I asked if they will issue fresh cakes for the actual date and they said yes they would.Come the actually date of delivery I receive a stale cakes from them.This should me that they disregarded me as a client and I was warned about their poor quality and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt,The cakes were the bottom of the pits
