I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUESTHOUSE TO ANYONE! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Unprofessional staff that cannot communicate properly. Upon arrival the receptionists was sitting with her earphones in, not interested to help us and cheeky, while the other lady sat with her feet up in the lounge area, watching TV at a very high volume. No proper parking. Plenty of rooms but only 2 cars can park under the designated parking spot.

ROOM 7 SEPARATE ENTERANCE, NO BATHROOM Room are dirty and smelly. Stains on roof, as well as on the walls which are still sticky. Downlighters are falling out of the roof. The light switch for the room was in the store room next door; have to call the staff to operate the light switch for us. Bedding was torn and smelly. Mattress' spring is sticking through the cover. Coffee mugs in the room, but no milk and NO KETTLE for coffee. Fridge was not working. Heater in the room was cracked into 3 pieces, which was an eyesore. The TVs cables was all hanging loose, which was also an eyesore, and not connected. The door couldn't lock properly. We had to use a communal bathroom which was located inside the house while our room was outside; we had to walk in the rain to get to the bathroom. Bathroom had no toilet paper. We had to go buy our own. No mirrors in any rooms or in any bathrooms. I had to do my make up in my vehicle.

INSIDE ROOM Had to use the same bathroom as Room 7. (shared bathroom). No toilet paper. Fan wasn't working. The window inside the room opened up into the room next door.

Dining room chair broke while we where waiting for them to get our rooms ready, even though check in times where from 10:00, we arrived at 14:00.

I do not understand how this guests house is still open and running with this poor service. Complaints are said to be given to the manager. But, the manager's phone rings at reception area - no manager in sight.

Again, DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT THIS GUESTHOUSE RATHER SPEND MORE MONEY AND BOOK A PROPER GUESTHOUSE. THIS WILL BE YOUR WORST EXPERIENCE.
