poor service

i booked an accommodation with 180 Anderson guest house, when i got there i am being told that your room doesn't have toilet n shower really now where must i go in the middle of the night when m pressed, and the reception lady didn't care how i feel she just said there's nothing she can do and it was at night already, so this guest house doesn't care about customers ill never look at them again,
