We would like to report the following serious matters to you, which was not disclosed to us prior to our stay and warrant a reduction in the daily rates that we paid.

1. The access to the beach were completely compromised due to the destruction of the staircase. This situation was extremely dangerous and caused us living in this property a lot of problems and not what we expected as per your adverti*****t. 2. The barbeque facilities and equipment were extremely poor. We were unable to prepare a barbeque for 14 people this was very disappointing on our family weekend.
