Fossil watch-outlet and 17track are ****mers

On the 21st of October 2023 i ordered 3 items from fossilwatch-outlet.Com whereby on the 21st TH October 2023 they responded with an email confirming my order and on the 24TH of October 2023 they again sent me an email with a tracking link which stated that my parcel was delivered on 14th of November 2023 by 17track to where i don't know and there are no traceable contacts of them, the ones from fossil are not responding any of my emails
