So I bought a bag a month ago from Ted baker, and this company was supposed to deliver my parcel. I tracked my parcel and it says delivered but I did not receive anything . There are no contact details on their website. I wrote them an email a week ago but till this day there is no response. I need to know if I have been ****med or not. 😭
