17 Design Reupholstering services - don't use!

Terrible service from Tapiwa at 17 Designs - he collected cushions from me in April this year to replace zips because they had burst open after he had re-upholstered them. It's now October and despite several promises to drop them off, in between excuses why he can't, I still don't have them. I have even offered to collect them, but that just gets ignored
