BAD service

I made a booking yesterday for this evening at 169 on Long for 18:00. Hubby and I were going to celebrate our anniversary a little late. I purchased a hyperli voucher. We show up, see another couple coupon in hand and get informed that their kitchen was closed. How does this happen? Why did the person that picked up the phone last night not inform me? I mean, we didn't drive all the way from the Northern Suburbs for nothing. This is BAD service!
