Slum lord

This owner of a cottage, when I inquired about the property he said R3600 including water and electricity, calling it a garden cottage, as I just list my husband to Al's, he started calling me randomly 2x a month, promising me he gives me access to his garden and that there is wifi to, he convinced me that he would make changes to the accommodation, as it is registered as a bed and breakfast, he convinced me that this is the best place, and even said its secure, I could not see the shower as the rentars had stuff in the shower, there is a washing machine connection and s basin, and this is fixed with one pipe that leads into the shower. There are no ventilation and my furniture is covered in white fungee, the garage he gave me, they broke into as he only had a small pin on it for security, loss and damage to my car and things of value ******. The day I moved in I said I need a helper, he then said he does not want anyone on his property, or me tumble dying my washing, there is no place to hang my washing, I have got s respiratory infection and it's not leaving, I cant leave the curtains open as he and his companion constantly pass by, he never gave me a contract either, I send him a list of things that needs repairs like the watching machine connection and the toilet that wont flush, he then threatened to break my bones, he even told me i am a poor person, and he felt sorry for me, but this is not the case, he knew I had money as he asked me before I moved in and told me I was pre selected, then I deducted damages to his rent, and he switched of my electricity. He called me again and said what is wrong with me, I could have at the time taken another unit that would have suited my needs, he tells me I have to look after his dogs, and then they don't have food and cry all night. Now I have to try find something else, but I am not sure yet where as I was waiting for my daughter to get her residence in the Us, and its expensive to move each time, as I have furniture. This man Billy van oudshoorn is a ****, and a slum lord. He is a wicked and evil man, please do never rent from him
