Manager/owner with terrible attitude

I and 2 teaching colleagues were in Grahamstown with a group of pupils. On Saturday night we, the 3 teachers, decided to have dinner at 137 on High Street. Two of us had stayed there previously and had found the place delightful, hence returning for a meal. Our waitress was helpful and the meal was pleasant but this was spoilt by the manner/attitude of the manager. He was armed and when another patron asked he rudely rep**** that in his situation he had no choice, these people were visibly offended by the rude reply. The manager then took his staff into the coffe making area and gave them a \talking to". The restaurant was busy"
