Complaint - 130 Market BnB

I would strongly NOT recommend this BnB to anyone. I booked my colleague for 8 nights. She was moved to another location around the corner. Her linen was dirty and there were ants and rats in her room. She was woken up at 22h00 for a lighter. When she queried about her breakfast she was told she can only get it at 08h00. When I called them to complain I was sworn at by the "owners" wife. My colleague tried to leave there and they wouldn't open the gates for her. She then called the police, which made them open the gates. No-one is answering their phones now. This was probably the worst experience my colleague had. Do not book with these people.
