I had the worst experience ever with Airbnb and their host 13 norrie road, durban north guest house, My friends and I booked accommodation to this house through Airbnb and the host refuses to take us (on the day of the booking) mind you. She goes on to lie and say my friends and I do not know each other and we are trying to rob her. I mean what an accusation to make to people that have paid their full fees a month in advance, Airbnb then cancels the booking and the host for some reason keeps the money, I can understand if you are a racial profiler fine, but why keep the money of people you do not trust? This is the biggest ****mer. stay away from this property if don't want to be ****med and accused because of the colour of your skin. truly disappointed in how Airbnb handled this,
