Beautiful jewellery and amazing customer service

I was fortunate to come across 12am purely by coincidence: one of my patients had several ear piercings and the most exquisite earrings on, which caught my eye. I complimented her on them and she said her friend manufactures and sells them, and she directed me to the 12am Instagram page. Much later that night, I looked through the images on Instagram and I was blown away. I couldn't resist placing an online order for earrings close to midnight (see the irony there?!). In less than half a day, the following morning, my earrings had arrived, beautifully and professionally packaged. I was honestly speechless! I also found that the earrings were even prettier in real life!

Later that day, I received a follow-up email from the company director, Aleeyah Mohamed, enquiring if I was satisfied and offering to assist should any problems arise. Never have I had such prompt, meticulous and personal customer care. I have recently ordered more as I cannot resist Aleeyah's dainty, unique and high-quality pieces. For real gold and diamonds, the products are also well-priced.

As I am a nurse working crazy hours in heavy PPE since the start of this pandemic, I've found that the only room I have for personal creative experience is with my earrings and my socks! I have therefore bought several new pairs of both pretty earrings and funky socks from various places, but none of the earrings I bought come close to matching those I bought from 12am. The customer service has also been overwhelming and is very welcome during this gloomy period in all our lives. I will definitely be adding more pieces to my collection, and as soon as we are able to downsize the amount of layers we have to wear, I will look at adding the exquisite necklaces and other pieces available.
