123Tutors WORST customer service

I am very unhappy with their service I requested a tutor through them and made payment and sent them proof of payment and received no response after a week of no response I asked again about a tutor and that I had made payment , they then requested I forward the POP to another email I then again received no response for a week and asked for the 3rd time for a tutor and was promised to be assigned a tutor y the end of the day , again no response for a few days ,after a tedious and time wasting process I requested a refund. This company is very unprofessional and delivers very poor service.
